10. AFGHANISTAN:


Afghanistan is located in south central Asia. It is the largest nation with the population of over 30 million. People of Afghanistan have annual income of $1100 dollar, which is 10th lowest in the world, and has an unemployment rate of over 35 percent.

9.  NIGER:


Niger is located in western Africa. It is the 22nd largest country with a population of over 17 million. The average annual income is $771 dollar, which is the ninth lowest in world according to the fact, 80% of Nigeria is desert, due to which it lacks in resources.



8. BURUNDI:


Burundi is located in eastern Africa it is 145th largest country with a population of over 8 million. It has an annual income of just $625 dollar per person due to lack of education and poor system. Burundi got a tag of one of the poorest country of world.

7. ZIMBABWE :


Zimbabwe is located in southern Africa. It is 60th largest country, with a population of over 12 million. It has annual income of just $589 dollar. Due to havoc of AIDS, life expectancy of men is just 37 years and 34 women.

Eritrea is located in the horn of Africa. It’s the 107th largest country with a population of 6 million. Main occupation of people in the Eritrea is mining of copper, gold , marble and granite, which gives them the annual income of just  dollar $546 dollar per head.

Congo has over $20 trillion worth of gold and diamond mines which are owned by other countries that is why Congo is poorest country in the world.
